This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds are issued for services offered by Vineet V Choprra through this website.
By registering for or purchasing any service, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Coaching Services (One-on-One)
Payments made for one-on-one coaching sessions are non-refundable once the session has been scheduled.
If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, you may request to reschedule with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Sessions cancelled or missed without prior notice will be considered forfeited.
Workshops, Programs & Group Sessions
For workshops, courses, or group programs (online or offline):

Refund requests made up to 7 days before the scheduled start date may be eligible for a partial refund, after deducting administrative charges.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the program start date.

Once a workshop or program has begun, no refunds will be provided for partial attendance, missed sessions, or early withdrawal.
In some cases, at sole discretion, participation may be transferred to a future batch or another individual, subject to prior approval.
Corporate Training & Custom Engagements
All corporate training, facilitation, and coaching engagements are governed by the terms agreed upon in the official proposal, agreement, or email confirmation.
Refunds, cancellations, or rescheduling for corporate engagements will be handled as per the mutually agreed terms.
Digital Content & Resources
Payments made for downloadable content, recordings, or digital resources are non-refundable, unless there is a technical issue that prevents access and cannot be resolved.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances such as serious medical emergencies or unforeseen events, at the sole discretion of Vineet V Choprra. Any such request must be made in writing with relevant details.
Changes or Cancellations by Us
In the unlikely event that a session, workshop, or program is cancelled or rescheduled by us, you will be offered:

The option to transfer to an alternative date or format

Please allow reasonable time for review and processing of requests. The refund, if found valid, will be processed within 7 to 14 days depending on the nature of the event & refund.
