Philosophy
Whether on stage, in a boardroom, or in a one-on-one conversation, my work is rooted in one simple idea: who you are being matters more than what you are doing.
I don’t believe in fixing people. I believe in creating safe, challenging spaces where people can listen to themselves more honestly—sometimes for the first time. Stories, emotions, presence, and courage are not soft skills for me; they are survival skills in a noisy, performative world.

With nearly two decades of experience in theatre and acting pedagogy, my work focuses on building truthful performance through awareness, listening, and emotional availability. I have trained actors, students, and non-actors using theatre as a tool for confidence, expression, and presence. My approach moves beyond technique to help individuals access spontaneity, voice, and authentic response, skills that translate seamlessly into corporate & personal life.

As a personal life coach, I work one-on-one with individuals facing emotional blocks, self-doubt, transitions, and challenges in communication and relationships. My coaching practice is rooted in self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and reflective inquiry. Sessions are experiential and action-oriented, supporting clients in developing clarity, inner alignment, and the confidence to make conscious choices.

I am an award-winning filmmaker and writer, having written and directed internationally recognised short films. My work in storytelling spans screenwriting, direction, and mentoring emerging filmmakers.
